Roller sorters are available in two configurations:
PS-220 Series – Dual Roller Sorter
- Quick sorting of foreign material and unqualified parts
- Screw head and nut thickness detection
- Automatic feeder stop when full
- Designed with 4 exit chutes:
- 1. Chips and impurities
- 2. Undersize heads
- 3. Oversized heads
- 4. Good parts
- Can be configured with a hopper and/or conveyor
- Multiple feeder bowl options available (bowl pictured is single feed exit)
PS-360 Series – Quad Roller Sorter
- Dual feed entry and quad roller design for higher volumes
- Quick sorting of foreign material and unqualified parts
- Screw head and nut thickness detection
- Automatic feeder stop when full
- Designed with 4 exit chutes:
- 1. Chips and impurities
- 2. Undersize heads
- 3. Oversized heads
- 4. Good parts
- Can be configured with a hopper and/or conveyor
