YA Series – Auto-Feed Type
- Auto-feeding and unloading
- With cutting device, remove chips automatically
- Length and pressure monitoring system, assuring the product quality
- Spindle is controlled by frequency inverter
- Applicable to stick to stick work piece or stick to umbrella-shape work piece like engine valves
- Two stations design, equipped with punching device, reduce a great of time(YC-05, 10 sec/piece)

Positioning Scale – Allows Easier and faster operation. More accurate compared to limit switches.
Angle Orientation – Work pieces can be welded with a certain angle
Frequency Inverter – Spindle speed can be adjusted. Less energy consumption. Extended life time of transmission
Cutting System – Hydraulic driven (additonal chip-breaking system). Servo driven (PLC or CNC controlled). YU/YL series.
Safety Light Curtains – Protects operators from danger
Computer Monitoring System – Monitor and record many points of data (RPM, pressure, distance, time, etc). Can be integrated with a touch screen computer.
Cooling Electrical Cabinet – Additional heat exchanger. Maintains great performance and extends life of electrical components.
Safety Cover – Simple covers are standard with each machine. Can be upgraded to fully enclosures as shown
