Mule Die Pocket & Key Retrofit Kits are custom designed to replace your current fixed stationary pocket.  Giving experienced operators flexible, repeatable, and precise control, without out all the headaches of shimming.

All Die Pocket & Key Retrofit Kits come with a Stationary Die Pocket, a set of Keys, and Mule Recipes™ tablet & mount.

For Hartford machines, Mule Technology™ has developed a line of High Precision Retrofit Kits to replace the current slide using ultra-high precision components.  Each bearing assembly is pre-loaded and designed to evenly distribute both  oscillation and compression forces.

All Hartford High Precision Retrofit Kits come with a linear bearing slide and die pocket assembly, a set of Keys, eccentric Timing Dial, and a Mule Recipes™ tablet and mount.  Also available with an optional Automatic Grease upgrade.

Mule Recipes™ is a cloud-based application which assists operators, engineers and managers with Recipe creation and management.

Users have access to the following features:

1. New Recipe Recommendations – Create a new part setup by measuring the die thicknesses & root diameter. Enter the measurements into Mule Recipes™ & a recommended Recipe will automatically be displayed.
2. Recipe Storage with Automatic Calibration – Store an unlimited number of Recipes which will automatically adjust to any machine calibration changes.
3. Recipe Transfer Between Machines – Recipes created on your first Mule Retrofit Kit can be copied, recalibrated, & saved to additional Mule Retrofit Kits
4. Adjustment & Calibration History – As operators adjust saved Recipes their adjusted Recipe is stored for later analysis to optimize recipes, improve die life & identify machine wear.
5. Recipe Analysis Charting with MRCs – The Mule Recipe Curve™ (MRC) tool plots Recipes versus O.D. measurements & specifications helping users compare setup standards & quality
6. Custom User Permission Control – Your Mule Admin controls which user can create, edit & save Recipes focusing accountability & reducing variation.
